Delivery Details
Please ensure all details are correct, detailing the recipient's full name, delivery address and postcode, along with a telephone number noting and special delivery instructions that may assist our couriers with safe and easy delivery of your item/s. Please also include your own telephone number and email address so that we may notify you in the event of any difficulty found in the delivery of your purchase.

House of Botanics cannot accept responsibility for re-delivery of flowers/plants nor the condition of the flowers/plants once delivery has been attempted due to the nature of our products. Wherever possible please try to ensure the recipient will be available to accept delivery.

Delivery Instructions
Delivery instructions are given at your own risk. If you give instructions for a parcel to be left with a neighbour or specific place unfortunately House of Botanics can not take responsibility for lost or stolen parcels if a parcel is delivered and something goes wrong

Damaged Goods
 If your order arrives damaged, please take photographic evidence before opening your parcel, along with photos of the damaged goods. and notify us immediately so that we can process your claim.

If you receive a plant or flowers that you believe are in bad condition, contact us immediately, but no later than 24 hours after its arrival. We do require that you email us photographs of the plant/flowers to allow us to gain an accurate representation of your plant and to resolve the complaint, all requests will be dealt with on a case by case basis. The reason for this policy is firstly because plants are perishable, living items, that require specific care and maintenance from the customer in order to keep them alive and healthy. By keeping a perishable item without notifying us of any issues within the first 24 hours of delivery, you are accepting the plants or flowers as being of a suitable condition on delivery.

Refunds and Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund on receipt, or exchange the item for another if preferred. Some products are non-returnable as they have a limited shelf life. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. 
We aim to process all refunds within 10 working days from receipt. However during busy times, this might take slightly longer. We will email a confirmation once the refund has been made. Please bear in mind that your bank requires time to process/refund you which might add an additional 3-4 days, depending on whom you bank with.

Please Note: If you decide you would like to return your order, postage will be at your own expense unless the item is faulty or damaged. Please include a piece of paper with your order number, reason for return and name on it in the box.

If the item has been damaged, used or is not returned in its original packaging, we reserve the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value if the item needs to be reduced in price for resale.
