Also known as the yellow gem Ficus Altissima is a beautiful plant closely related to the fiddle leaf fig.
They are an absolutely stunning variety of Ficus featuring variegated leaves with lemon, lime, and dark green colors. They are not as fussy as the fiddle leaf fig so a great alternative to try but they are sensitive to changing conditions so ensure a consistent care routine and when it's happy in it's place yin your home, leave it there and appreciate all it's stunning foliage and with the right amount of care it will easily grow into a full size tree.
Light: Bright, Indirect light, can tolerate some direct sunlight
Water: Allow the top few inches of soil to dry out before watering thoroughly, and allow to drain, do not allow the plant to stand in water. Reduce the amount of water during the winter
Temperature: Average household temperatures, Avoid cold areas, especially in winter
Feed: Use a weak solution of complete liquid fertiliser once or twice a month during the growing season
