Calathea Cora is a stunning plant. Large dark green striped leaves and borders contrast with paler centres that are flushed with a pale shade of pink. In classic Calathea style the backs of the leaves are a dark red-purple.
Calathea is a member of the Maranta family along with Stromanthe and Ctenanthe. All have exquisite foliage and are known as Prayer Plants due to the way the leaves close upwards with the changing light of the day.
